Dr. Leslie Loubier leads this four-session workshop.  The workshop uses a unique process developed by Dr. Loubier that helps us to GET CLEAR, GET READY, ACHIEVE and SUCCEED!  Through a series of exercises and discussions, workshop participants identify life's road blocks and clear them away.  A values based approach is used to identify life goals and puts them into action.   The “Mirror, Mirror . . . “ Workshop gives you the tools to live your best life yet!
